Child education in India

Established in 2006, RKBSS is a self funded multi purpose educational Trust that works for the holistic development of mentally challenged and hearing impaired children in Raigad District of Maharashtra.

The services are particularly focused towards the impoverished tribal population residing in the hilly areas around Panvel, who have neither the means nor appropriate knowledge in dealing with disabilities. Many of these children have been abandoned by their families owing the perceived financial burden that they impose.
